    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As HR Business Partner you would become a trusted partner
    and advisor for all managers in the local organization. HR BP is supported in
    this role by the HR Head of the Western Europe Sub-Region, HR team, Global HR
    BPs, as well as partnered by Centers of HR Competence & external providers.

    .

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Reporting
      to the social partners
    • Answering
      ad hoc questions from employees with a view to social legislation
    • Follow-up
      & update of the general HR policy
    • Monitor
      key metrics and recommend improvements.
    • Employees.
    • Build HR solutions cooperating closely with HR
      Centers of Competence (eg: Compensation, Benefits, Systems & Solutions,
      Talent Acquisition)
    • Participate in internal international projects
      focused on HR simplification, harmonization & digitalization as well as HR
      Professional collaborative development or leadership development.
    • Partner business in change management processes,
      e.g. structure changes, policy/ process improvement or creation.
    • Make use of global solutions and create local
      ones in the areas e.g. of Leadership Development, Engagement, retention, SE
      reputation on the labor market.
    • Advise Business Leaders on hiring &
      compensation areas.
    • retention,
      succession planning, talent development,
    • Maintain and develop relationships with Business
      in order to diagnose needs and recommend relevant solutions for business growth
      & HR Projects.

    What You Bring

    • Dutch,
      French and English language knowledge
    • Excel
      – on advanced level will be a great benefit
    • Proven
      skills of partnering with: managers in business, employees, providers, HR
      professionals, and ideally with international colleagues
    • Labor
      legislation knowledge will be necessary
    • Min
      5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in an international environment
    • University
      degree, preferably in Economics or Psychology
