How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for testing & commissioning of substation
products and partial systems at customers, - Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and
service providers - Planning and developing site logistics with respect to
installation/commissioning/construction works. - Support project manager in risk and claim management
- Control and supervising site activities with respect to
project plan - Ensure quality on the construction site including
non-conformance reporting (NCR) - Supervise and lead a team
- Preparation and submission of reports.
- Proper Handling of testing tools
- Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e.
Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in Hight, etc.)
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical
Engineering - With 5 years’ experience in construction sites
- Ability to communicate optimally both orally and in writing,
strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills - Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to lead workloads in an
effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in
handling multiple and diverse tasks - Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under
pressure in time critical situations - Sensitive and adaptable to the needs of different religious,
ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups. - Shown integrity and high personal standards of behaviour
- Proficient in MS Office suite
