How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform regular maintenance and
troubleshooting on I&C components such as Automation Processors,
sensors, and drives. - Complete interlock checks and optimize
control circuits based on logic diagrams. - Implement modifications and revisions
related to controls and instrumentation from engineering
(software/hardware changes). - Diagnose problems on-site or remotely,
determine appropriate resolutions, and successfully implement corrective
actions. - Foster strong customer relationships
through a positive, proactive, and professional approach. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations
and maintain high standards of health and safety. - Continuously improve technical knowledge
by attending training courses and practical sessions. - Ensures process documentation, and trains
related manufacturing or maintenance staff. - Setup and implement regular maintenance
activities in the work plan module of BFS and ensure the timely execution. - Setup and implement regular maintenance
activities for control systems administration of T3000. - Empower and encourage your team member,
provide guidance, and promote staff development, develop a highly capable
maintenance team. - Ensure compliance with a permit-to-work
system in the maintenance organization - Ensure availability of spare parts and
consumables and review the status of spare parts - Promote the collaboration with other
O&M Power Plants in the region and worldwide - Co-ordinate outages in conjunction with
Plant Management and Division outage planning function.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical
engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, or
equivalent. - At least 5 years of experience as a
service/maintenance engineer in industrial plants, preferably power
plants. - Proficiency with Siemens SPPA-T3000
control systems, Siemens PLC step 7, and SPPA-M3000 plant management
systems is preferable. - Strong analytical skills to analyze and
rectify faults on I&C equipment. - Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills in English. - Comprehensive knowledge of I&C systems
in power plants. - Ability to comprehend and work with
technical drawings. - Experience in a multinational team and
project setup is appreciated. - Commitment to continuous learning and
improvement in technical knowledge. - Proven ability to adopt new technologies
and innovative solutions. - Initiative and proactive approach to
suggesting and implementing improvements. - Open and honest communication, with a
willingness to share knowledge and opinions.
