    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance
      tasks on mechanical equipment in accordance with work plans and statutory
      requirements to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
    • Perform corrective maintenance tasks on
      mechanical equipment following OEM guidelines and best practices to address and
      rectify any issues promptly.
    • Enhance technical knowledge by participating in
      training courses and practical field training, staying updated with the latest
      industry advancements.
    • Efficiently use the plant management system for
      various plant-related tasks, including reporting faults, performing on-site
      work, and requesting materials.
    • Ensure personal and team health and safety by
      strictly adhering to plant safety regulations, processes, and procedures.
    • Contribute to environmental protection efforts
      by minimizing hazardous waste and avoiding unnecessary environmental impact.
    • Demonstrate initiative and proactive behavior,
      suggesting improvements and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

    What You Bring

    • Degree from a Technical College or higher,
      majoring in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or
      a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience as a
      service/maintenance technician in industrial plants, preferably in power
      plants.
    • Strong knowledge of safety standards related to
      mechanical installations and equipment.
    • Experience collaborating with sub-suppliers and
      working in a multinational team environment, particularly in a project setup,
      is highly valued.
    • Ability to work effectively in a diverse,
      multicultural team setting.
