Requirement for multi-skilled tradesmen to start work for a public sector organisation carrying out maintenance on social housing
You will be responsible for general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on void properties
Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
Previous experience carrying out similar works is required.
Joiner or plumbing bias, so must have relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
As well as your core trade, you must be competent at completing other basic repairs/maintenance.
37 hour working week Monday – Friday,
On tools and transport required
