Your Role:
As a 1st Line Network Engineer, you’ll:
- Monitor and manage network performance to ensure uptime and reliability of network environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line technical issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with other engineers to deploy and support SDN solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and actions taken.
- Provide outstanding support to our clients while working in a 24/7 shift rotation.
What We’re Looking For:
