Head of Application Support Desk, Capital Markets – 2nd & 3rd line
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading bank in the city for a senior figure to head up the desk and lead multiple support desk teams across multiple time zones for Fixed Income clients and applications
You will own the delivery of Production Application Support services to the Fixed Income Business, leveraging ITIL service management principles of Event, Incident, Problem and Change management and serve as primary escalation point for any issues impacting the production environment.
It is essential that you have extensive experience of Capital Markets, strong managerial experience and the ability to build relationships with other senior stakeholders within the business, whilst facing off to the various trading clients. The applications used are Murex, Bloomberg TOMS, Openlink, XTP. Ideally you’ll also have sound knowledge of enterprise scheduler platforms and monitoring tools such as Control-M, Geneos, Tableau and Service Now.
