As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer you will work directly with design, data and trading teams to play a pivotal role in developing crucial tools and platforms with cutting-edge technology for the fund, contributing directly to the success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development:
- Design and build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs, real-time data streams, and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices.
- User Experience (UX):
- Work with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and efficient user interfaces tailored to trader workflows.
- Optimize performance to ensure fast rendering and responsiveness for real-time financial data.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in React.js and associated libraries (e.g., Redux, React Query, Context API).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with state management, component lifecycles, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
