    What You Can Expect

    Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively
    integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep
    understanding of Siemens Energy. You’ll rapidly build in-depth knowledge,
    discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

    From day one, you will work on important projects with three individually
    designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment!

    You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through
    immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This
    support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals
    while fostering meaningful connections with peers and influential business
    leaders. Additionally, you’ll gain access to a wealth of resources geared
    towards cultivating your professional growth.

    The AGT product life cycle (PLC) team’s purpose is to steer AGT through the
    energy transition by enhancing sustainable competitive advantage, making
    informed data and value-based decisions in investment and priorities,
    future-proofing our products and services, and ensuring effective customer
    satisfaction and innovation. 

    Our mission is to deliver positive impact to AGT business performance and
    growth while attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.  Main activities: To develop, value-promote,
    drive, and govern programs, rules, and tools that enable centralized teams to
    ensure appropriate representation, maintain a strong knowledge base, and
    collaborate with regional Sales teams, PRM (Product Management), GCO (Global
    Customer Operations), GSO (Global Service Operations), innovation centers, and
    supply chain.

    The AGT Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a crucial process
    that aligns various aspects of the business, including demand, supply, and
    financial planning. By integrating the elements, S&OP enable the business
    to make informed decisions to achieve profitability and streamline operations.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll
    share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with
    transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues,
    creating solutions that directly make an impact.

    • Work with Bid Management / Proposals regarding sales
      opportunities
    • Collaborate with Operations to review delivery
      requirements
    • Meet with factory Production Planning &
      Control teams to understand available capacity & constraints
    • Team with Supply Chain Management to mitigate
      known risks & investigate future material delivery to avoid disruption
    • Obtain commitments from key stakeholders &
      consolidate total delivery potential
    • Continuously identify gaps and risks in
      executing the proposed project scope prior to winning an order & manage
      mitigation & alignment with functional leadership


    What You Bring

    • A master’s degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in engineering, business
      administration, finance, economics, or a similar field
    • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through
      studying or working
    • Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and
      be flexible and mobile during the program
    • Passion, motivation, and go getter mentality to learn and close
      actions to drive progress
    • Strong organizational skills and basic project management skills
    • Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including
      knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment

    Recruitment Process
