    The successful candidate will provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers, in support of the Siemens Energy Gas Engine business unit. This person will be responsible for accurately and promptly responding to and coordinating efforts for support of our external customers through interface and utilization of all internal Siemens Energy departments and resources, along with the greater Siemens Energy organization.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Deliver exceptional service to global customers, enhancing their experience with Siemens Energy.
    • Generate and track timely quotes or document packages, ensuring they meet customer needs and lead to successful awards.
    • Facilitate or oversee the troubleshooting of issues, providing steadfast support to our customers.
    • Manage and streamline the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
    • Oversee and stay informed about product details and technical specifications to better serve customer inquiries.
    • Identify and communicate sales leads and market insights to relevant Siemens Energy departments, fostering growth and opportunities.

    What You Bring

    • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field, or proven equivalent experience.
    • At least two years of customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Those with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior level.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate conflicts with ease.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working within a networked computer environment.
    • A keen interest in or knowledge of the engine/compressor market, with a mechanical orientation.

    Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

    Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
