    We are
    seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Safety Specialist to join our
    Compression business unit. This role is essential in ensuring the highest
    standards of safety across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have
    a strong background in safety management, excellent communication skills, and a
    passion for fostering a culture of safety.

     

    How you’ll make an impact

      • Propose and developpe preventives initiatives as per
        trend and/or request
      • Advise the organization on specific EHS topics as per
        EHS Strategy & trends and propose improvements
      • Supervise specialized group initiative for global
        organization implementation
      • Develop EHS communication materials to increase
        visibility and efficiency (e.g. EHS Webpage and SharePoint)
      • Support the organization for specific Communication
        campaign
      • Consolidate and disseminate the organization’s EHS
        statistics
      • Support and monitor organization EHS programs
        including specific initiatives
      • Insure quality data implementation into Enablon and
        other IT systems reporting tools
      • Provide Enablon system expertise and support to the
        organization and teams
      • Coordinate and realize EHS audits within the
        organization as per program and specific needs
      • Monitor and update existing organization policies and
        develop standards as needed

     

    What
    you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and
      Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety
      management role, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and
      standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a
      global team.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a
      plus.
    • 20-30% global travel
