    Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for urgent care or emergency medicine? HCA Healthcare UK is excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Urgent Care Centre at The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham, opening in Spring 2025. We are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team and help shape the future of patient care in this state-of-the-art facility.

    Role: Senior Staff Nurse – Urgent Care
    Location: Birmingham, The Harborne Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK
    Shift Times: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm (no nights, no weekends)
    Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
    Salary: £42500- 46414 based on previous experience

    As part of our exciting expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in the new Urgent Care Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved from the ground up, working alongside a passionate and dynamic team and being led by a Nurse in Charge / Sister who will help guide and mentor you through this exciting new venture.

    You will be an integral part of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care for a wide range of minor injuries and illnesses, providing triage, assessment, treatment, and support for patients in a busy, fast-paced environment. Working closely with experienced GPs, you’ll have the support and resources to offer the best care possible.

    What You’ll Bring:

    Registered Adult Nurse (NMC)
    Experience in Urgent Care, Accident & Emergency, or a similar setting
    Strong clinical skills, including triage, blood draws, and IV insertion
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    A passion for delivering high standards of patient care in a collaborative setting
