Project
Manager at Siemens Energy
We are
looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced professional to join our team
as Project Manager for Electrical projects in the utilities, Oil & Gas and
Industrial sectors, in Algeria and within an intercultural environment.
How
You’ll Make an Impact
- Achieve project execution targets relating to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), revenue, profit, quality, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
- Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with Commercial Project Manager (Finance)
- Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
- Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
- May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
- Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
- Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
- Collaborate with the Head of Project Management to oversee a project progress, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established guidelines and targets.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and multicultural work environment, promoting intercultural understanding and cooperation within the team.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project.
What You
Bring
- Engineer degree with experience
in project management, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant
certification will be a plus ( PMP or IPMA). - Min 3 years of proven
experience in a project management role. - Leadership and team management
skills. - Good understanding of project
management principles and practices. - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
multicultural environment. - Problem-solving skills and the
ability to make decisions under pressure. - Fluent in English, additional
language skills would be a plus.
