As an Accounting
Professional & Expert at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in
managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with international
and local accounting standards. You will collaborate with a diverse team of

role, you will work on critical financial reporting and analysis projects that
directly impact our operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Your

relationships with external partners, including auditors, tax authorities, and
financial institutions.

How
You’ll Make an Impact
 

• Manage and oversee
  all bookkeeping operations within the general ledger, ensuring accuracy
  and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and
  present unit balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) reports, and annual
  financial statements to business management.
• Execute monthly,
  quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Conduct thorough
  analysis of general ledger accounts, including balance sheet and P&L,
  to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Support
  evaluations of assets, liabilities, and inventories, providing insights
  for strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate all
  audit missions, ensuring all documentation is prepared and accessible.
• Maintain strong
  relationships with external and internal partners, fostering collaboration
  and compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc
  analyses and profitability calculations as required.
• Ensure the
  implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures that align
  with legal requirements.
• Contribute to the
  analysis and preparation of the annual financial report, ensuring accuracy
  and compliance.
• Ensure robust
  internal controls are in place, collaborating with internal auditors to
  enhance compliance and efficiency.

What You
Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree
  in Finance or Accounting; advanced degree or professional certification
  (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years
  of professional experience as an expert accountant, preferably in a
  multinational company.

• Proficient
  in SAP (medium knowledge), advanced knowledge of IFRS, and basic knowledge of
  OHADA.
• Expert-level
  proficiency in Excel and advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity
  with Internal Auditing and Robotics is advantageous.
• Exceptional
  networking abilities with a strong business network.
• High
  social competence and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility,
  openness, and empathy, balanced with resilience and self-confidence.
• Strong
  ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions under changing
  conditions.
• A
  structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
