Process Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Process Manager you will be part of a young and
motivated Project Excellence Team for Project Entity. Based on your analytical
edge and your long-year experience in the project management environment, you
will implement process management activities and foster digital efforts by
developing digital solutions with other experts. Conduct training or workshops
to train employees on (new) processes, you will provide guidance, and you will
ensure that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the
organization’s goals and quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate closely with
  various departments and cross-functional teams to ensure constructive
  culture with regards to process management
• Plan, prepare, and publish
  of regulations within the area of responsibility
• Support and supervise
  overall process harmonization e.g. by means of workshops
• Train, support and consult
  employees, especially Process Owner and Users of our process management
  tool
• Perform quality gate
  function to ensure application of key principles and formal review of
  regulations and processes
• Stay updated on industry
  best practices and emerging trends in process management and
  digitalization
• Develop innovation by
  finding new and more efficient ways of process management, i.e.
  workflow-based project management

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master‘s degree
  in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work with
  cross-functional teams
• Experience in process
  management or similar roles
• Advanced knowledge of BPMN
  2.0 or similar tools
• Experience with process
  mapping tools and lean management techniques
• Data management, data flow
  modeling or data governance know-how would be appreciated
• Excellent analytical and
  problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and
  presentation skills in English
