Your responsibilities
·
Coordinate internal and external
resources for the seamless planning and execution of projects. This includes
clarifying and consulting with customers on targets and requirements to provide
technical solutions.
·
Responsible for monitoring milestones and
adherence to budgets and schedules, initiating actions to minimize
non-conformance costs and creating and maintaining comprehensive project
documentation
·
Manage relationship with
customers and all internal and external project stakeholders
·
Perform ongoing risk management
during projects to identify and mitigate risks
·
Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business
Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS)
·
The position requires the Contract Manager to
work in the customer location in Lagos.
- The Contract Manager will be
responsible for material, job & outage planning activities related to
the scope of the contract. - He / She will be required to
support the Execution Team in management of spares, tools, and consumables
for routine, planned, corrective work and unplanned outages.

Understands Company process for outage
planning and ability to drive compliance with outage planning milestones
·
The position requires the Contract Manager to
work in the customer location in Lagos.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- General knowledge of
Rotating Equipment (Turbines, Compressors, etc.) hardware –
instrumentation, controls & mechanical - Proficient use of CMMS – SAP
system - Specialty in inventory
management for controls, electrical, instrumentation & mechanical - Proficient
use of Microsoft office tools, Microsoft Project, and Primavera planning
tools - Competence regarding gas
turbine compressor package operation and design
Your profile
·
3 – 5 years Project Management experience
·
PMP or Prince2 certification is a requirement
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
- Business judgment to be
capable and willing to escalate issues when required.
- Must be goal oriented, comfortable
working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks.
