Hello, we are Marso Cleaning.
We have been cleaning since 2015 and this year, decided to grow our business across several key areas. This vacancy is for a fantastic, reliable and friendly cleaner in the Bournemouth & Poole area, experienced in cleaning people’s homes or domestic settings (such as holiday apartments).Our work is not seasonal, which means we can give you fixed and reliable hours all year round.
We offer flexibility for reliability in return. At the start of your employment with us, we will agree together what days you can work (we don’t work weekends). We will agree the hours within those days which work for you. That could be around family committments, such as picking up and dropping off at school, or caring for a relative or friend. These then become your fixed working times. You’ll have the same great customers week on week.
Our cleaners must have their own means of transport (not public transport due to the nature of our customers locations). We pay a great rate of mileage and your expenses are tracked and managed centrally, so there’s no need to have to log your miles.
We offer all of our team members a performance based bonus; when we do well, so do you, and other bonuses for:
- Cleaner referals – refer a new cleaning colleague, and receive £150
- Customer referals – refer a new customer and receive £50

Duties and responsibilities
- Domestic cleaning tasks
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces
- Window cleaning (indoor)
- Tidying and sorting
- Ironing, laundry and bedmaking
Experience and qualifications
No qualifications are required and all our cleaners should have at least 2-years cleaning experience.
We work solely in peoples homes, providing domestic cleaning services. Our customers expect a high level of service, and a friendly, reliable face each week or fortnight.
