The successful candidate can be a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef
The salary paid can go up to £50,000 for the right Pastry Chef
Italian desserts of very high quality and freshness
Previous experience in Italian or European restaurants preferrable
Michelin star or multi rosette background ideal
