As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of our customer service operations for a busy manufacturing company supplying national retailers This role focusses on ensuring efficient processes and timely responses to customer enquiries, without direct management of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the workflow of customer service tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Analyse customer service metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
