    The Role

    As a Food and Beverage Attendant
    at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. Food and Beverge Attendants
    are flexible to our customers’ needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
    • Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods
    • Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
    • Deliver food and drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards
    • Engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Ability to engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience
    • A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and hunger to learn
    • Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skill

    This position requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. Dealers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
