    Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 1 Teacher to join our team from January onwards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Year 1 students, fostering a love of learning, and supporting each child’s academic and personal development.
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 1 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
