    Your new company

    You will be working for a law firm in central Bristol.
    Your new role

    You have the opportunity to utilise your administrative skills to adapt to the legal industry, your duties are as follows:

    • Ad hoc administrative responsibilities around the office.
    • Physical administrative tasks such as binding, filing, and scanning.
    • Digital administration using MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
    • Helping organise inboxes to prioritise urgent correspondence and communicate this with the relevant contact.
    • To be on-site acting as the office anchor.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Previous office administration experience.
    • The ability to organise yourself.
    • Confidence in handling your own work flow.
    • Excellent communication, experience with fee earners is preferred.
    • Legal experience is not required, but coming from a law firm or similar environment will help.
