    Customer Service Expert

    Your new company

    Hays are recruiting a permanent customer support specialist. This is a permanent role based in Middleton Manchester – multiple European languages for this role would be advantageous. Hybrid working after 3 months’ training.
    Your new role

    You will maintain and update pricing within the businesses’ operating system, you will manage orders daily, you will resolve customer complaints, provide quotes, handle freight, handle invoices, you will manage sales orders, manage intercompany orders, work closely with sales, accounts, production and shipping.
    What you’ll need to succeed

    You will have excellent communication skills, an added European language is desirable, you will be personable and organised. Some previous experience in customer service or sales administration would be advantageous. You will have strong IT skills, and you will be comfortable using CRM systems.
    What you’ll get in return
