A leading construction company specialising in residential projects are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager for a residential project in Hemel Hempstead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the residential project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS black card, and First Aid
