
Gas Services
You ensure the cybersecurity resilience of the portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, as well as the business-managed IT of our business units Controls & Digitalization (CD) and Nuclear Instrumentation & Controls (NUC). In a key role, you support and advise individuals in our organization regarding cybersecurity or information security topics. Additionally, you network with the global cybersecurity community and your colleagues at Siemens Energy, collaborate with the Principal Cybersecurity Officer (BA) of our Gas Services business unit, and participate in working groups at the business unit level.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Development of a cybersecurity strategy for the portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, as well as the business-managed IT of the business units Controls & Digitalization and Nuclear Instrumentation & Controls, in accordance with the corporate cybersecurity strategy and governance
- Identification and active implementation of the necessary cybersecurity structure, including appropriate resources for the continuous improvement of cybersecurity maturity in CD & NUC
- Support for information security for CD & NUC in the interest of a holistic cybersecurity approach
- Identification of the requirements of the cybersecurity market, including regulatory requirements and the need for cybersecurity certifications
- Guidance of the Industrial Cybersecurity Experts (ICSE) in the organization and acting as an escalation instance
- Delivery of regular status updates and cyber risk reports to the Principal Cybersecurity Officer (BA) as well as to the respective heads of the business units Controls & Digitalization (CD) and Nuclear Instrumentation & Controls (NUC)
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IEC62443 and ISO27001 standards required, qualification as a Lead Auditor for ISO27001 can be beneficial
- Relevant certifications can be beneficial, e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), CompTIA Security+.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with others as well as good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems (SCADA, PLC, other automation technologies) is an advantage.
- Fluent language skills in German and English
