Engineering Maintenance Manager is a new role for a growing organisation in Co Monaghan. They have several decades’ experience of manufacturing their range of products and place fantastic value on looking after their people. The company has grown steadily through investment in business and plans to continue this with your support from an engineering viewpoint. There is an excellent culture within the company and a good team to be part of to drive innovation.
Your new role
Leading the engineering function for the plant is your remit. All engineering requirements come through your spending decisions on delegating resources, using contractors, spending on spares, planning upgrades will all be your responsibility. You are backed by an excellent senior team, but you will have management of the department. Developing a preventative focused maintenance culture, managing a dedicated maintenance engineering team and planning CAPEX to improve the factory will all be your remit.
What you’ll need to succeed
As Engineering Maintenance Manager you will need production maintenance experience, people leadership, project delivery experience and experience in developing a preventative maintenance culture.
