They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new school in Perth, Scotland.
Your new role
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supervising construction activities
- Managing subcontractors and site staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers
- Resolving any issues or delays that may arise
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, candidates will need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
- A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
