How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Head of Quality in developing and implementing the Compression
Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001. - Represent the Compression organization on quality matters within SE EQS
and during audits with Certifiers. - Ensure
consistent implementation of quality policies and standards for assigned
areas, units, and sites. - Collaborate with the process owner of the business and support the
definition, implementation, and documentation of regulations within the
QMS. - Maintain a process landscape, drive process improvement and
simplification, and ensure easy access to regulations. - Monitor conformance to QMS requirements by preparing and completing
Management Reviews. - Drive internal and external audit planning, preparation, and coordination
with sites, carry out audits, prepare documentation, issue corrective
action requests, and monitor responses. - Support Quality Management for all Compression sites globally and
encourage sharing of standard methodologies. - Initiate quality training and quality culture programs.
What You Bring
- An
engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, power engineering, process
engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Professional
experience of min. 5 years within
a quality organization or a related field. - Senior-quality
leadership in a high-tech or
energy company, familiarity with ISO certifications (9001, 14001,
45001). - Sound
knowledge of the application of quality methods such as 8D, RCA, LL, as
well as efficiency programs, risk/opportunity management, process
management, and auditor training (system, process). - Expert in
quality system architecture, planning, and quality improvement methods. - Business
fluent in English; German (would
be an added advantage). - Experience
or education related to the design, project management, or manufacturing
of rotating machinery is an advantage. - A
structured and cooperative personality with strong social skills. - An
ambitious leader, acting with accuracy, proactivity, and flexibility, with
the passion to drive the QMS.

division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and
efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We
enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to
sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global
network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
