Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop the conveyancing team. Drive motivation, workflow and seamless service delivery.
- Assist with compliance and risk.
- Manage deadlines and guide the team in effective prioritisation.
- Report into the directors.
About you:
- You’re a licensed conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor.
- You have 5 years PQE in conveyancing.
- You have managed teams.
