Job title: Mobile Air-Conditioning Engineer
Location: Covering Hertfordshire & Cambridge
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £48,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
- Building Services experience
- F-Gas
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a mobile AC engineer to cover a mixed commercial contract across Hertfordshire & Cambridge. This role comes with a 1 in 5 callout. The contract consists of high end commercial offices as well as government sites.
Responsibilities:
- Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV’s and VRF’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Pressure leak tests
- Compressor changes
- Braising
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
