Yourstaff Solutions are recruiting experienced HGV C2 home delivery drivers, to work as part of a 2/3 man crew, for our client based in Harlow.Working 4 days a week, you will be planned on a three week rolling rota that will include every other Saturday and a 5 day rest period. Average earnings based on a 48hr week are 53k pa.6 months HGV2 driving experience is essential ( if you do not have a minimum 6 months experience, please do not proceed with the application process)
The work
- Pre journey vehicle checks.
- Complete daily vehicle check sheets, and report all damage and defects prior to leaving site
- Work in a professional and courteous manner.
- Some deliveries may include heavy bulky items, but no flat pack items.
- You will work to a set 3 week Rolling Rota planned on 4 x 12hrs days, you can work a 5th day as overtime.
- You will have 2 consecutive days off, No Sunday working
- Completing week 3 and starting week 1, you will have 5 days rest. (Overtime days can be booked in this period)
Requirements
- 6 months minimum C2 driving experience
- No more than 9 penalty points.
- You must be physically fit and able to carry bulky items(2 man lift)
Rate
- Umbrella £21.30ph basic – £31.00overtime
- Payee£19.34ph basic – £29.00ph
- Weekly pay into your account.
