Big Zuu has been trained by Zizzi chefs – refining his Italian cooking skills from stretching and tossing dough to finessing Mediterranean flavours. The seven-part entertaining cooking series stars the charismatic TV chef revealing how to create Zizzi classic dishes with a twist from starter, main course, dessert and cocktails.
The series invites students to cook along the following recipes with Big Zuu, sharing their dishes using the hashtag #ZuuZillionaire – Cheesy Chilli Garlic Bread, King Prawn Spiedini, Calzone Pollo Spinaci, Casareccia Pollo Piccante, Caramelised Banana Waffle, Zillionaire’s Slice washed down with a Strawberry Zing cocktail.
Celebrating the launch of the Zillionaires’ Club loyalty platform, the platform rewards students with exclusive Zizzi ‘perkz’ including Zizzi favourite dishes from garlic bread to Rusticas to the Zillionaire’s Slice. Once students sign up to become a Zillionaire, they will be rewarded with a free garlic bread and can collect Zs each time they visit a Zizzi restaurant, use click and collect and purchase Zizzi for delivery.
Big Zuu worked hard to create a pizza representing his big personality packed full of fresh, vibrant and colourful ingredients. Big Zuu’s Zillionaire Rustica is a pizza of two halves – one side creamy, spring onions, mozzarella, balsamic onions and goat’s cheese on a white base. The other spicy – spinach, flame roasted peppers, roquito peppers, harissa, spring onions, rocket and mozzarella on a tomato base. The pizza has been nominated in the National Pizza Awards with the winner to be announced on 15th November.

Students can earn Zs each time they visit a Zizzi and spend over £10. Zs can be exchanged for ‘perkz’ from the menu including food and drink. With each visit, they have the chance to earn a greater number of Zs. With the first visit being 10 Zs, the second 20 Zs, the third 30 and the fourth 40. After their fourth visit, customers qualify for a surprise perk including free food and big prizes such as holidays.
