Accounts Manager Role in Dundee-Based Chartered Accountancy Firm

Hays is proud to be partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing Dundee-based Chartered Accountancy firm which has expanded from 3 to 11 offices since the start of the year. The firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join the team and help drive growth by managing accounting operations and client engagements.
Your new role
The role will be heavily client-facing, focusing on creating and maintaining meaningful client relationships. The role is not just about managing accounts, but providing tailored advice to the specific needs of each client to help them achieve their goals. In this role, you will be the go-to person for clients when they need guidance and expertise.
What you’ll need to succeed
– Experienced: 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role
– Qualified: CA or ACCA
– Communication: genuine and reliable person with excellent listening and articulation skills
– Collaboration: proven track record, working as part of teams to achieve goals
– Adaptability: someone who is comfortable with change and working in a fast-paced environment
