They are looking for a reliable and hands-on Interim Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance function during a period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a dynamic team, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and bank reconciliations.
Your new role
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (GBP)
Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing (low volume)
Support Accounts Receivable as needed
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end close and general bookkeeping
Work with purchase order systems and manual processes
Generate reports using Hyperion and SunSystems
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in hotels or restaurant groups is essential.
Proficient in SunSystems, Oracle Opera (formerly Fidelio), and Hyperion
Strong understanding of manual finance operations
Comfortable working with junior to mid-level finance associates
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
