    How You Will Make an Impact

    • Arrange Travel for all FS
      resources to Siemens-Energy customer power plants throughout KSA and
      abroad to perform maintenance, repair, and modifications of Compressors
      & Industrial gas turbines and related equipment.
    • Arranging & Managing cash
      advance, Closing site expenses of FS Engineers & Supervisors team of
      ranging in size from 20-30 HC.
    • Coordinate & Arrange site
      accommodation as per Siemens EHS Guidelines as per planned Project
      schedule for FS Engineers & Supervisors delegated from KSA & PCC.
    • Responsible for Project related
      Transportation arrangements including Vehicles management, 3rd party PO
      process and amendments through e-form & Invoicing,
    • Follow up on the Onboarding and
      offboarding of resource Delegation for onshore and offshore SE resources
      for international assignments and use Bready and BTAT and follow up to
      issue PATAC.
    • Coordinate HR-related requests
      including the Local HR & People center.
    • Weekly follow up with FS Team
      for Time sheet Posting & Approvals from assigned PMs.
    • Arrange the team meetings and
      workshops for the Service operation department & PM Team.
    • Provide TFA Business &
      temporary work Visa arrangements with the extension of the visa,
      coordinating with visa delegation center in All regions,
    • Managing Service operation
      department yearly vacation plan of (Central) employees.
    • Managing and supporting
      (GS-Disturbed) in Purchase Order through (SAP ARIBA) and all the back
      office administrative activities.
    • Issuance and extension of 3rd
      Party Resources services agreements with 3rd Party resource request to
      support SE Projects and attestation from Ajeer portal.
    • Be part of the Emergency
      Preparedness Arrangements on behalf of the Service Operation Team in
      alignment with location EHS and support the Zero Harm Implementations and
      to arrange the Field Service PPE’s
    • Providing FS team support in
      preparing safety programs, and procedures intended to keep personnel safe
      and maintain a safe work environment. This includes but is not limited to
      use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and pre-job safety briefs or
      risk assessments according to Siemens Energy EHS Guidelines.
    • Ability to understand and apply
      data as an analyst, including in-depth Excel and reporting suite skills.
    • Ideally experience working
      within financial services.
    • Collaborating with SE Global
      Field service team for Project specific Resource mobilization &
      Demobilization. Plan & Drive through PMs for Pre job briefing prior to
      the site Mobilization.

    What
    You Bring

    • Knowledgeable and expert using
      MS project or Primavera 6
    • Expert knowledge using Excel.
    • Familiar with Sales force,
      Concur, E2E Tools.
    • Knowledge and experience applying
      Cost Management Tools (SAP).
    • Proven understanding of
      word-processing and coordinated software applications.
    • Good Communication &
      Documentation skills proficiency in English & Arabic.
    • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
      with 7 to 10 Years of experience in Back Office Admin& Site Admin
      Profile.
    • Willingness to support for any
      Ad hoc Events Related to FS Operations.
    • Work Experience with
      multicultural teams required.
    • Phenomenal teammate &
      Capable of Training Juniors.
    • Professional Training &
      Certifications for applied Role.
    • Knowledgeable for Legal &
      Statutory KSA Labor law.
