Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Maintain and organise essential records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
- Manage correspondence via email and telephone, ensuring professional communication.
- Organise meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure streamlined operations.
- Support the implementation of new administrative systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A solid educational background, with qualifications in Business, Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Public Sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
Job Offer
