We are seeking a passionate Autism Support Assistant
for a primary school
in Barking & Dagenham
. This Ofsted ‘Good’
rated school focuses on strong behaviour management

Key Requirements:
- 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree
from a leading UK university - Previous experience working with SEN children
required - Confidence to support Autistic children
without formal training
Role Specifics:
- Provide 1:1 support
for non-verbal students - Assist students with emotional regulation
and basic tasks
(e.g. eating) - Encourage progress
and attainment - Work closely with SEN provision to ensure effective support
Contract Details:
- Full-time, term-time only
- ASAP start
