A Snapshot of Your Day
The
person will be responsible during offer stage and in execution for the package
of auxiliary power of turnkey projects of High Voltage substations, storage
projects, flexible ac transmission systems or HVDC projects.
The
scope includes MV switchgear, batteries, UPS, DC/AC cubicles, diesel generator,
HVAC, Fire fighting, surveillance system or any other auxiliary system
requested. The different phases will be engineering, manufacturing,
installation and commissioning of equipment.
This
person will report functionally to the tender manager during offer stage and to
the project manager in execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
·
Support the tender
manager during offer stage to ensure that the projects fulfill technical and
economical requirements for auxiliary power equipment.
·
As technical engineer
in execution you will be responsible during the complete phase of design,
manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
·
Responsible for define
the requirements of the project and prepare the request for quotation documents
for purchase responsible. Analyze the offers from a technical point of view and
negotiate the contracts with suppliers.
·
Control of the
suppliers for the scope of work during execution.
·
Responsible for
subcontractors and/or external equipment
·
Relationship with the
customer
·
Responsible for profit
& loss of auxiliary power system scope.
·
Control of project time
schedule.
·
Coordination with other
departments: PRL, environmental, purchasing, legal…
·
Control of the site
activities through the installation and commissioning manager
What You Bring
·
A Bachelor or Master
degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, or a related field is
required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
·
Technical knowledge and
proven experience of more than 3 years in this kind of equipment and tasks.
·
High level of spoken
and written Spanish and English.
·
Availability to travel
to the sites (inside Spain) in short visits.
