Requirements:
- A UK university degree in Psychology or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- A confident and enthusiastic approach to working with students facing behavioural challenges
Role:
- Work closely with the SENDCo, pastoral staff, and other colleagues to address and reduce behavioural issues
- Build positive relationships
with students to guide them towards better outcomes - Maintain a safe and supportive school environment for all student
