We are recruiting a brand-focused professional with a generalist marketing approach who is comfortable leading brand-driven projects rather than specialising in specific channels like social media or web management. In this role, the successful candidate will become a pivotal new part of the Brand and Marketing team, playing a key role in delivering the organisation’s new branding strategy and implementing a new programme.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the rollout and consistent application of the organisations’ new brand identity and tone of voice across all channels.
    • Develop and manage a digital portal for sharing brand guidelines, coordinating training, and ongoing portal administration.
    • Work closely with internal teams, branding agencies, and communications experts to produce marketing assets that are on-brand, timely, and within budget.
    • Contribute to the delivery of the organisations’ brand values and engagement programme, enhancing brand trust and reputation.
    • Ensure customer-facing content meets minimum accessibility standards and coordinate updates where necessary.
    • Lead a new approach to content marketing and manage the shared marketing inbox, handling all brand-related queries efficiently.

    Person Specification:

    • Works effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a keen eye for detail in proof-reading and copywriting, ensuring high-quality, accessible customer communications.
    • Demonstrable experience in brand or marketing roles, including working with suppliers and agencies to deliver on-brand objectives and achieving results through effective organisation and collaboration.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and content marketing techniques, with familiarity in applying data protection regulations (GDPR).
    • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create tailored copy for diverse audiences and channels, while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and confidently taking ownership of projects from start to completion.

The deadline for applications is Friday 6th December 2024.

To be considered for this position please apply with your CV as soon as possible, regrettably please note we may not be able to reply to each and every application.
