    Do you have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a proactive Business Administrator to ensure a high-quality training experience for our clients.

    This role will be responsible for:

    • Administrative Coordination: Ensuring the smooth running of Centrals business training by delivering a range of administrative tasks and coordinating processes.
    • Client customer service and communication: Providing excellent customer service though communication with clients.
    • Training planning and preparation: Co-ordinate logistics, prepare polished documents and support materials to ensure high quality events, workshops and training delivery.

    This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, who has an ability to juggle varied and time sensitive workload, whilst maintaining attention to detail.

    Centrals business training offers clients bespoke professional development and training solutions. Reporting directly to the Business Client Manager, the administrator will work closely with delivery staff and other team members to support the overall mission of the Business Training area.
