How
You’ll Make an Impact
You will perform
a variety of financial activities through whole cycle of sales contracts for GS
Taiwan businesses in accordance with accounting principles and standards to
control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with
all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
The
detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

Collaborate with sales
colleagues to monitor sales opportunities as well as to analyze sales history
and pipelines, and ensure compliant and standardized contract management.

Execute Sales Orders/WBS in
SAP and create sales order-related system upon order intake and during its
execution.
·
Conduct monthly
forecasting and closing tasks for responsible
orders.
·
Be responsible for
opportunity/risk/change management during order pre-sales and execution phase,
and monitor/control financial impact in coordination with technical colleagues.
·
Liaison with other
internal functions, including Legal, Tax, TCF, Logistics, Insurance, GBS etc.
·
Implement internal control
in other commercial tasks such as FX risk management, AR control, commission
fee, long aging OoH etc.
·
Support implementation of
financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures
·
Accomplish financial
analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business
administration activities.
What
You Bring
·
Finance relevant
experiences in a sizeable foreign manufacturing company for 5 years or above.
·
Be capable to make
reporting methods and reporting processes about project financial information,
have the knowledge and ability to make and analyze the functional flow of
orders.
·
Experience in controlling
firm is preferred
·
Basic knowledge on tax,
international trade and/or contract law.
·
Bachelor degree and above
in accounting, business administration, international trade. Master is a plus
·
Proficient oral / written
English
·
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft
Office especially excel and PPT. VBA, Tableau and/or Uipath is a plus
·
EHS and Quality
