Snapshot of Your Day
As a business analyst you will be responsible for establishing,
improve, and continuously execute our guarantee management reporting using
business intelligence software. Further, you will manage the guarantee
reporting requests from various internal and external stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You
will analyze the guarantee portfolio and comment on the developments and
support in further developing key performance indicators for the steering
of the Trade Finance function. - You will
play a pivotal role in digital transformation by developing/managing the
existing guarantee dashboards and work towards enhancement of reporting
processes within the company - You act
as the guardian of data integrity, maintaining quality and consistency
while spearheading data cleansing efforts to elevate data accuracy
throughout GDI systems. - You
will actively contribute towards development, implementation, and maintaining
additional IT solutions which would help the department to increase efficiency
and improve internal processes. - You
will contribute to the enhancement of guarantee administration system;
inter alia you will support in testing, data migration and in the global
roll-out, e.g. by producing training videos, process documentation and
other materials.
What You Bring
- Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in business
administration, finance, accounting, controlling or in a related field
ideally supplemented by additional finance-related qualifications. - You enjoy expanding your knowledge and are
interested to learn more about Trade Finance; previous knowledge about
Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Finance or Banking is a plus. - 5+ years of professional experience in an
international company, ideally with working experience in a multi-cultural
background. You have a very good understanding of and high affinity for IT
technologies and system administration. - You have very good knowledge of Excel and Business
intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Programming skills (e.g.
Visual Basic, Python) and knowledge about Robotics Process Automation would
be a plus. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines in a highly demanding and dynamic environment as well as ability
to work collaboratively across functions, regions and cultures - You are business fluent in English; German
knowledge is a plus
