    As a Controller, you will play a critical role in
    building and overseeing our financial operations from the ground up. This is a
    unique opportunity to shape the financial landscape of a new entity carved out
    from a large corporation. If you are passionate about numbers, enjoy a

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Set up and coordinate regional reporting
      of financials and KPIs for LATAM resp. EMEA and Asia Pacific
    • Analyze financial data and KPIs to
      recommend optimization potential.
    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of
      the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
    • Prepare and publish timely financial
      statements.
    • Managing the preparation of regulatory
      reporting.
    • Submit month-end and year-end close
      processes.
    • Ensure quality control over financial
      transactions and financial reporting.
    • Develop and document business processes
      and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Build controlling, develop KPIs and
      reporting frameworks with Global Head of Controlling.
    • Drive performance controlling and
      continuous improvement programs.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and
      recommendations to senior management.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree
      in finance, or related field, MA preferred.
    • Years of
      experience: At least 5 years
    • Strong analytical
      capabilities to assess financial data and KPIs.
    • Proven working
      experience as a Controller, ideally in a carve-out or startup environment.
    • Thorough knowledge
      of controlling principles and procedures.
    • Experience with
      creating financial statements.
    • Experience with
      tableau, alteryx, mendix, SAP user and administration skills.
    • Excellent
      problem-solving skills and ability to recommend optimization strategies,Accuracy
      and attention to detail.


    About the Team


     The
    carve-out comprises the transformer business of Siemens Energy. The products
    are used in industry, building technology and wind energy. We benefit from
    demand from a wide range of sectors such as data centres, battery and chip
    factories and wind turbine manufacturers.

    New connections are needed due to the
    increasing rise in renewable energies, growing energy demand, outdated
    infrastructure and increasing complexity. However, existing grids also need to
    be upgraded and modernised in order to support the energy transition
