    Job Title: Enterprise Architect (with Insurance Domain Expertise)

    Capgemini is seeking an Enterprise Architect to be involved in researching, reviewing, and making recommendations on new software applications or innovations from a perspective of design, integration, and technical fit to business requirements and with other systems.

    Your Role:

    Strategy and Planning:

    • Be aware of Change and Technology strategy and to appropriately align effort with this direction
    • Contribute to the development of the team’s direction and strategy to maximize value to client and programs

    Policy, Process and Procedures:

    • Deliver architecture documentation as per program timelines to ensure alignment with business requirements.
    • Review and support, challenge architecture produced documentations and other deliverables, proposals by third party solution providers throughout the lifecycle of the program assuring alignment with business requirements and objectives
    • Maintain logs of key decisions for the program
    • Use standardized templates and approach to architecture documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to governance
    • Participate in program, as per new ways of work, and align deliverables back to architecture practices and escalate any long-term or short-term concerns to be resolved
    • Participate in required meetings, to communicate or develop the strategy and understanding

    Customer focus:

    • Understand the business context for the architecture being developed to ensure it supports the broader Client standards, technologies, and business needs
    • Understand the IT landscape surrounding the architecture solution to ensure it will co-exist and complement
    • Ensure regular contact with key stakeholders and vendors as required in support of the architecture deliverables
    • Ensure regular feedback to stakeholders regarding progress made and meeting timelines
    • Keep stakeholders engaged throughout and consider feedback within the context of the architecture and business requirements.
    • Proactively question requirements and ensure understanding of the context of the requirement to complete architecture/design. Consider alternative solutions/options and position the best possible option for customer base on short- and long-term requirements.
    • Understand and promote adherence to customer’s IT Strategy, Architecture Principles, standards including global, and roadmaps to ensure alignment to overall strategy

    Technical performance:

    • Leads the vision on customer engagement using technology and omnichannel
    • Ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to business process, understand people and operating model impact due to introduction of new technology and/or solutions.
    • Develop a roadmap for the evolution of customer interaction with client as well as building out their presence, representing the current and future state
    • Ensure the roadmap considers and aligns to the customer 360 aspirations and customer strategies
    • Knowledge and experience in agile SDLC practices
    • Ability to work as both an Enterprise Architect and a Solution Architect level
    • Proactively identify potential issues/gaps in the end-to-end solutions and identify on possible options to mitigate the risks and how to address the gaps
