Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their fantastic team based in Southampton.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, giving you the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients including investors, developers, and large corporate businesses.

You will be responsible for providing independent and comprehensive property valuations, with a particular focus on loan security work.

Duties include:

• Providing loan security valuations for lenders
• Preparing portfolio valuations, company accounts valuations, and fund valuations
• Advising on diminution in value and property litigation cases
• Conducting valuations for acquisitions, disposals, compensation, and taxation purposes
• Liaising with clients and maintaining professional relationships

Personal requirements:

• RICS registered Chartered Valuation Surveyor
• Experience in loan security and commercial property valuations
• Passionate about property, buildings, and construction
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to develop professionally
• Detail-oriented, confident, professional, and personable

Hours: Monday to Friday,

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
