Chief Executive Officer
London The role will be on site at our Tanner Street (SE1 3GN). Given the nature of this role, the majority of the work will take place on site
£90,000 £110,000 per annum
Our client is a dynamic charity providing a thriving hub for charities and social sector organisations, offering flexible and affordable workspace that fosters collaboration and innovation.
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the charity into its next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will drive the strategic vision, deepen collaboration across the sector, and increase fundraising and partnership opportunities to expand our reach. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who shares our passion for collaboration and innovation, with the strategic vision to take our work to the next level.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience within the social sector, ideally with exposure to property, education, or international development.
- A strong track record in strategic leadership, financial oversight, and operational management.
- Proven ability to build high-impact partnerships and drive income growth through fundraising and commercial activity.
- A deep understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory compliance within the not-for-profit sector.
- Outstanding leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to inspire teams and represent the organisation externally.
