What will you do?
– Manage a caseload of publicly funded children law matters
– Delegate work to paralegals
– Your own advocacy
What will you need?
– To be a new qualified (NQ) or approaching qualification as a solicitor
– Experienced dealing with public law children matters
– Ideally good advocacy skills
