Class 2 Driver Basingstoke From £17.76 per hourPM Start times Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to work on behalf of a world-leading distribution company based in Basingstoke. We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking drivers who can follow a structured delivery schedule and delivering great customer service at each location.Overview of the role : -Temp to perm role -Two-weekly rota pattern: Sunday-Thursday and Sunday-Friday -Start times between 5:00pm and 7:00pm – Overtime after 8 hours and weekend hourly rate of £24.24 an hour -Deliver stock to retail stores in a timely and safe manner -Operate tail lifts and pallet trucks when required -Accurately complete all delivery documentation -Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects -Maintain a positive working relationship with team members -Comply with all driving regulations, including tachograph and working time rulesRequirements for this Class 2 HGV Role: – Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points) – HGV Class 2 Licence with 6 months experience of driving – CPC card and Digital Tacho Card If you are interested in role please contact Charlotte at Pertemps
