About the Practice
A respected and growing St. James’s Place Partner Practice in North London is looking for a Diploma-qualified, CAS Financial Adviser to join their expanding team. The Practice has built its reputation on trust, long-term client relationships, and truly holistic advice.

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the Practice is offering a rare chance to take on a serviced client bank with the scope to nurture and expand those relationships. You’ll work within a highly supportive infrastructure, benefiting from experienced administration and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on what you do best – providing quality advice.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial plans remain aligned with their goals.
- Deliver tailored advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.
- Identify and act on opportunities for new business through referrals and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the Partner and wider team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of SJP products, compliance, and regulatory standards.
About You
- Diploma (Level 4) qualified with CAS status.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Adviser, ideally within an SJP Partner Practice.
- Relationship-driven, client-focused, and committed to high ethical standards.
- Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of financial planning.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
